FOR SIZE EXCHANGE:

What do you need to do?

  1. A Return Ticket must be submitted strictly within 24 HOURS of receipt of the package. We will check the tracking details found on the courier website.
  2. Items must be shipped back to our address within 24 HOURS of submission of Return Ticket. No extension!
  3. Items must be in their original condition. It must be unworn, unwashed with tags and labels still intact.
  4. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Costs and responsibilities associated with returning an item ( i.e. Shipping ) shall be assumed by you, except only if the items you received are: (1) Damaged upon arrival (2) Different from the ones you ordered.

For customers, who received the wrong size, wrong color or damaged/defective item. please refer to the instructions below.

Return/ Refund

Refund will be according to your MODE OF PAYMENT. If any case the customer doesn’t have a bank account, you may use another account upon our verification. Processing takes 10-15 business days upon receipt of your package
